Full payment is expected within 3 days of auction’s end. Bid with confidence! We gladly accept payments via PayPal. That includes Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and eChecks. New York State customers will be charged 8.875% sales tax. Please note, payments via eCheck (money transferred from your bank account) take a few days to clear. We ship as soon as we receive notification from PayPal that the eCheck has cleared. That normally takes 3 to 4 working days.

We will not ship to a country if it seems dangerous to ship. Remote locations shipping may cost more. You are responsible for all Taxes & Duties – which will be charged upon delivery. Please contact your local customs agent to determine your estimated taxes & duties. All international shipments are thoroughly inspected to assure perfect product fulfillment. We will not mark the package as a gift or change price. Sorry, returns are not accepted on international orders.

Shipping time for International orders can take 1-2 weeks. We ship it out fast as we can. Delays may happen during customs or in transit. After it leaves our New York City factory,  it’s up to the shipping company to get the item to you safe and sound. Once we ship the item we will send you a tracking number. You will be able to track the package while in US, when the package arrives to customs in your country, you won’t be able to use the tracking #. It’s up to customs how long they will be processing the package. If your package delayed please contact your local transit company or your country customs. Our responsibility ends upon delivery to the carrier and providing you with the tracking #. Please be patient when receiving international orders.

In order to keep our Ebay overhead and item prices low, we ask that you carefully read the description and look at the pictures carefully to minimize the return. Please, ask as many question as you want before you purchase the item. Return Shipping will be paid by buyer. Returns only within 14 days of receipt. Original shipping (at the time the item was purchased) is a non-refundable service. Item will be accepted for refund ONLY if its in a new condition with tags and in the original box. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we’ll be more than happy to exchange your item. Exchange only within 14 days of receipt in original condition with tags and in the original box and shipping for exchanged item is to be paid by buyer. Buyer must email us before returning anything. 15% restocking fee will be charge for every returned or exchanged item.
