We will not ship to a country if it seems dangerous to ship. Remote locations shipping may cost more. You are responsible for all Taxes & Duties - which will be charged upon delivery. We will not mark the package as a gift or change price. Sorry, returns are not accepted on international orders.

After it leaves our New York City factory,  it's up to the shipping company to get the item to you safe and sound. Once we ship the item we will send you a tracking number. You will be able to track the package while in US, when the package arrives to customs in your country, you won't be able to use the tracking #. It's up to customs how long they will be processing the package. If your package delayed please contact your local transit company or your country customs. Our responsibility ends upon delivery to the carrier and providing you with the tracking #. Please be patient when receiving international orders.
